Gilkey windows are available in viny windowl and wood window options. We offer hardwoods for the same price as pine in our wood window options. Gilkey high performance windows features:
• 23 chamber honeycomb frame design helps to give windows superior insulation and strength without having to rely on foam filling
• 16 gauge galvanized steel reinforcement encased in inner chamber that is welded shut
• 12-point fusion-welded corners for extra strength and water-tightness
• Rugged interior glazing bead designed to withstand winds of 225 mph
• R-values up to R-7 (R-10 on casement and picture windows)
• Aller-guard 100™ weather-stripping with Microban™ resists pollen, dust,
mold, mildew, algae and bacterial growth
• DP rating of 70 on double-hung windows, DP rating of 85 on casement
windows
• Increased chambers dramatically improves noise deadening
properties
• Double Pane Low E glass with super spacer and argon or krypton gas
• Triple Pane Low E glass with argon or krypton gas also available
• Installation performed by factory trained Gilkey Window
