Worthy of a 5 star rating! We bought a home with Gilkey windows and had an issue with one of the windows- fog on the inside pane. They sent someone out to inspect the rest of the windows and replaced any needing replaced. They also replaced a couple screens that had holes in it from a dog. Completely pain free process that I didn’t expect being the second owners of these windows. The best customer service hands down! And the best warranty you could imagine!

This is our second Gilkey project; we initially purchased 20+ windows for an 1860’s Victorian and they were perfect in every respect; now with a newly purchased 1950’s ranch we needed 3 large picture windows replaced. We didn’t even give it a 2nd thought; we called Brian S again who was great with knowledge, price, and design details just as before.
Gilkey’s installation crew and follow-up detail carpenter met every detail. Gilkey Windows are a solid 5+, look no further.
