Manager Cathy and a guy (I do not know his name) showed very nice and professional job in maintaining my house window and screen window,absolutely,Gilkey has excellent window and service,I will definitely recommend to others.

UPDATE: Gilkey just completed putting windows and doors in our entire house. The workmanship and quality is amazing. The install crew led by Brent and Charlie are real craftsman. They did an incredible job. Very neat and cleaned up everyday. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM…… Had a great experience with Gilkey Windows. We met with Scot on Saturday at the Gilkey showroom in Cincinnati to finalize our window/door replacements contract. To my absolute joy and surprise, Mike Gilkey walked over and introduced himself and thanked us for our business. Scot was a GREAT consultant for us but having Mike walk over and take the time to just say hello MADE me feel extremely appreciated and solidified we made the right choice. What an amazing customer service experience.

This Install Crew, Peter, Mykola, Marcin & Adam were fantastic. If and when I need more windows or doors installed, I would definitely request this particular crew. They installed a total of 20 windows in less than five hours. I am amazed and impressed with their skill, efficiency and how they cleaned up after they were done. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently this crew, Marcin, Ziggy, Marcin, and Adam worked to install 18 windows in my home. They did their jobs well and they did them with great camaraderie and professionalism. I also appreciated the fact that they were very friendly , and responsive to questions. They arrived, unloaded their trucks, and got to work. About 5 hours later they were done. I am ecstatic at the results and couldn't praise them enough for the work they did!

We must tell you that our installation was top-notch and above board! We have had several doors replaced by other companies and non-look as nice as what the two gentlemen did from Gilkey! Everything is plum, tight, sealed, clean, and neat caulking! Outstanding job. The next time we will call Gilke first!

We had our windows installed September 16, 2026 they are exceptional couldn't be happier. Everything from going to the showroom, to pick them out, to the day of installation. There workers were prompt, new what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves, thanks Richard, Brian and Dusty they have great work skills. Couldn't recommend a better company,everything done in house no subcontractors. Would highly recommend this company for your needs. Wow! 🤩 From start to finish!!! Jeremy was amazing, not pushy and helped us through the entire process. He never pushed us to spend more money or get something we did not need. After installation, he showed up to make sure we were happy! 😃 WOW 🤩 Marcin and Adam’s crew again wow! On time, friendly, and most importantly the work was done correctly. I also replaced my entire front door setup and it turned out amazing. Pricing was reasonable as compared to several other competitors in the area as well as great communication but not at all pushy or ‘salesy’. The install crew was incredible as well. Loved the entire process.

Product and installation are exceptional

We had 6 windows and two doors replaced. Installation was done on time and with ultimate professionalism. The sunroom was likely close to 100 degrees and the guys worked through it and did a great job. I highly recommend Gilkey.

Alex and Paul did an outstanding job on our sunroom where the Rwd was not adhering & they repaired an area on the outside that had dings in it. Looks like new!
