Our back door (& storm) system installers, Marcin & Adam were very knowledgeable and efficient at their work. They did an excellent job on re-trimming our inside woodwork also. Friendly too! Alex and Paul did an outstanding job on our sunroom where the Rwd was not adhering & they repaired an area on the outside that had dings in it. Looks like new! The team was awesome. They completed the removal process of my traditional door and replacing it with a sliding glass door in just about 2 hours. They were very efficient and quick but at the same time very methodical in their approach and cleaning every step of the way. The fiberglass sliding door looks anmazing and the price was excellent for a premium product when compared to other competitors that had visited with me.

Gilkey Windows are completely worth the money. They are absolutely beautiful and their quality is top notch. My experience with Gilkey Window Company replacement of my windows was a very positive one: Jason Wagner was very clear in his assessment of each window’s issue, and worked with me to come to an equitable cost, timing, and payment schedule. I did not feel manipulated re: these elements, as was my experience with another window company. The installers, Jeremy and Jeff, were professional, on time, pleasant, and even helped move a couple of things I couldn’t manage. They did a very effective job cleaning up from the installation, they rehung the blinds as before, and they gave final instructions for operating the new windows and screens. Thank you for a job well- done!

Great company with service above and beyond.

In the very hot humid summer of 2026 I noticed a big difference in the cooling of the house. Thermostat set is unchanged. I was too warm in past. The "next generation" low E windows installation I now use a throw blanket at times. The difference in temperature is very noticeable. Yay going to save on electric bills! The sound level has decreased from the cars going by to even a moderate rain are kinder to my ears.

Crew was very professional and efficient. Cleaned up as they continued the 2-day install of 10 windows and a patio door. My wife and I are very pleased with everything.

Marcin and Ziggy installed a very large slider in our primary bedroom and a smaller slider with frosted glass in our bathroom. They did a fantastic job and both look beautiful from both the inside and outside. Thanks for a great installation of our Gilkey windows!!

On time, fast and efficient and great work.

Ordered a new front door and back door. Choices were numerous and settled on entirely different layout than we had previously. Once the doors were ready installation was arranged. The team showed up on time, protected our recently refinished floor, and did a great job removing the old door and sidelights and took great care installing the new ones. Definitely would use Gilkey again for any door replacements.

Two weeks ago, my lawn mower pitched a rock through one of my rear slider door's panes of glass. It was a custom made door that Gilke manufactured and installed approx. 5 years ago. In only 1.5 weeks, they had a perfect replacement window remade. Today, it was reinstalled by Dawson and Brandon. Terribly impressed. They were two respectful looking young men - neat, polite, and friendly. They did a perfect job. I'm a stickler for details and they checked every box. I had one other problem with a mid glass panel blind that I spoke to Candice about. She was able to solve the problem over the phone. She certainly knows her stuff. I can't speak highly enough about this company. I absolutely recommend them!

Great experience from sales process to installation!

We had Gilkey replace all 12 of our 29 year old windows and had a wonderful experience with the sales process (thanks to Justin Baldwin), and installation was a breeze taking less than 4 hours. The crew was very efficient, respectful of our property, answered all our questions and explained what they say. They even suggested changes to the trim on the outside that would cover some wood area between windows that would save us ongoing maintenance. All in all it was a wonderful experience and much less expensive that other estimates we got. Cincinnati Gilkey is highly recommended from our experience
