These windows are top quality, they made such a huge difference for our air conditioning bill this last summer and to heating over the last winter.
I am very happy I choose Gilkey Windows. The whole experience from start to finish has been great. Tom Bush was very helpful and informative. The sales approach was a thousand times better than all the other window companies I dealt with. I wasn't pressured to sign for that one day only deal that all the other companies hit you with. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. They listened and accommodated requests as well as answered any questions. I had all windows replaced in the house including glass block in the basement and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The whole house is so much quieter and I can't hear hurstbourne traffic anymore!!!
We had all the windows in our home replaced back in March. We couldn't be more pleased! From our first consultation with Tom Bush through installation, Gilkey made us feel like family. He wasn't pushy, and answered all our questions to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. The windows look great, they are of the highest quality, and have already proven to increase the energy efficiency of our home. The installers were friendly and professional, and left their work spaces as clean as they found them. We're so happy with our purchase, and won't hesitate to call Gilkey for window and door needs in the future!
Very pleased with Gilkey windows. They do an excellent job of letting in the light but not the heat. Should see lower utility bills too.

Terrific service and an excellent job. They were in and out, and left no traces that they had been there at all other than the pristine windows they had left behind. Installers even helped straighten out a door for me while they were there. Were recommended to me, and I would recommend to everyone!
Excellent windows. Excellent customer service. Repaired weather stripping on 15 year old windows for $100 service charge. What a deal. Now replacing an 18 year old patio door widow with small air leak on 20 year warranty! I can't say enough.

I wanted to wait a couple weeks after my window install was completed before I reviewed. We had several window companies come and give us estimates for windows in our entire house which included two large bow windows in the front. The estimate from Gilkey came in right in line with a couple and a fair bit cheaper that two companies and the window that I was getting from Gilkey was a better product. Kelly Lockman, from Gilkey, helped us with choosing the right windows to replace the old bow windows in the front of the house, 100% improvement on curb appeal. Once the windows were manufactured we scheduled the install and off we went. I can not compliment the installation crew enough, my house is not the easiest house to work on with lots of ladder trips but they knocked out the work in 2 1/2 days, I was quite impressed.We have not received our first electricity bill yet with the windows installed but I will be surprised if there isn’t quite an energy savings and we have already noticed an increase in our comfort. 10/10 would go with Gilkey again if we move and require new windows or doors.

We had all the window in our home replaced with Gilkey windows 10-15 years ago and Gilkey has stayed true to all aspects of their warranty. A few years ago they replaced the screens for all of our windows promptly . Today Paul one of the service tech came to our home to fix a window spring. Paul was on time, very professional and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. We have been very pleased with Gilkey windows and highly recommend!
I am very satisfied with the new windows I purchased from Gilkey Window Company. Kelly did a great job of educating me during the sales call and Tom did a great job of getting my install scheduled when promised. Andrew and Nathan were my install team. They arrived on time and got right to work. They worked very efficiently, payed close attention to the details and cleaned up afterwards well. They had to come back to finish the the outside trim because it started raining, but they were back early the next morning and finished up quickly. What a huge difference the new windows have made! No more drafts, and very minimal noise from nearby I-71. I had Gilkey do two of my previous homes and their superior service and product had me call them again. I highly recommend Gilkey Window Company!!!!
A little more expensive than other companies; however, the salesman, Tom Bush, knew the products and had a vision for my dilemma. I replaced a set of French doors leading to my deck with a standard size door and window. The other companies that came to give an estimate had no samples and were not able to do the project as I wanted, since their products are not custom made. Tom made my request a reality. Everything happened within the time frame he promised. When the two gentlemen came to install the new door and window, they were just as great as the salesman. I am so happy I decided to use Gilkey Windows. As an added bonus, my monthly electric bill has improved too. I would not hesitate to use Gilkey Windows in the future. Just had my front door and storm door installed on Jan. 14, 2021. It is beautiful and Steven Long was the best installer ever. Very precise with installation and very professional. He cleaned everything up before he left; you would never know he had been there. Excellent service, excellent employees.
We ordered in September and installed in February. It was SO WORTH THE WAIT. Install very professional and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the windows. You can’t beat a lifetime guarantee. They aren’t the cheapest window on the market but you get what you pay for. We immediately noticed a difference in how our home retains heat. We will be back!
Gilkey installed our bay window 10 years ago and it is still going strong. Recently the crank handles finally gave out. Paul, the repair tech, came out and replaced them in 5 mins. He also was kind enough to give me some tips to maintain the window mechanics. Great company, great people!
Gilkey Window Co. salesman was well informed and answered all our questions completely. A hands-on product demo (using a scale model) helped with our decision too. Costs very competitive. Time estimates and impact of COVID on their system for production/delivery/installation were realistic. Installation of 10 windows in our home took two skilled & experienced installers only one day. Installers called ahead for arrival time. Old window removal and new window installation was done very well. Installer attention to detail (squaring frame precisely for perfect window opening/closing and seal as well as silicone sealing inside and out) was really done quite satisfactorily. Altogether our experience (and about 2 weeks after install) with Gilkey Window Co. has been very pleasing.

Gilkey did a fabulous job! We were so pleased with both the windows and the installation process. The installers themselves were top notch. They were wonderful to have on property and took great care during set up, installation and clean up. The windows are fabulous and have cut down vastly on noise and improved insulation. Great quality and final appearance. Our point person, Kelly, was knowledgeable in what to suggest and I’m glad we took his advice on several changes he recommended. Love the new windows. The installers were great, efficient, and very respectful.
Once we ordered our new front windows, we knew it would take some time to manufacture them. They were done earlier than expected. When they called to set up an installation, it happened within the week. The installers were on time, kept the house very clean and the mess to a small location and actually put up plastic. They finished quickly and left ne mess inside or out. The trim they installed matched the rest of the house perfectly and looked fantastic. Could not be happier with the entire process.
Gilkey stands by their products! No hassles. No hoops to jump thru. We bought a house that had Gilkey windows installed 15 years ago. Some of the seals on the windows had gone bad and the windows were cloudy. I called Gilkey of Louisville and made an appt with Paul for him to come see the windows in question. He arrived on time and was very professional. He ordered the replacement panes and a few weeks later he called to schedule the install. Again he arrived on time and was very professional. My old windows with new panes look like new. My old windows still look like new too! I don't see this kind of service very much these days. Thank you Gilkey for a good product at a reasonable price, an excellent (and usable) warranty, and excellent customer service

Our experience with the Gilkey Sales staff as well as their installation crew was excellent and well beyond expectations. Our windows arrived almost six weeks prior to the Gilkey promised date and the installation by Andrew and Jeremy could not have been handled any more professionally. Installed our windows 15 years ago and were pleased with them, so we had them recently replace our sliding glass patio door. Had to wait about 4 months for installation, but it was worth it. Door was quickly and seamlessly replaced. Insulation is superior to previous one. Materials were good quality and the work was professionally and neatly done.
From first contact I was impressed with Gilkey. There was no a high pressure presentation. The product and process were clearly explained. The price of the windows was highly competitive. The windows were installed a month ahead of the projected install date. A real pleasure dealing with Gilkey.

Although it took several months longer than expected to get the windows, when they finally arrived they were installed professionally and we immediately felt warmer in our home.
We already had Gilkey windows in the back of our house for several years and needed new ones in the front to replace NuSash which have gone out of business. Our only thought was to use Gilkey. We didn’t call anyone else because we are very satisfied with the quality of Gilkey windows and their customer service. The windows were installed two days ago and we can already feel a difference in the bedroom temperature. I had to turn the furnace down so I could sleep comfortably. I highly recommend them!
Jason Ronnebaum, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful in picking out which windows were best for my house. I couldn't be happier with his suggestions, as I love the new windows! And Richard and Brian, the father/son installation team, did a wonderful job. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They were very efficient and professional and they cleaned up everything before they left. I only replaced part of my windows this time, but if I need to do the rest of them, I hope to have Jason, Richard and Brian back. We had a great experience. Nathan Kemmerer and his team member were on time and on the job!They easily worked around all the commotion in the house that week (our daughter came in town for the week to meet her new grand nephew, and brought her Alaskan husky.) MyAmerican bully added to the mix; but your crew easily made friends and worked through it all.Cleaned up afterwards, even repaired a loose gutter they came across while working on the upper windows. I will have no problem recommending your company and your crew.

After more than 10 years I still love my Gilkey windows. I would totally buy them all over again. Very rarely do I ever have an issue but if I do their service technician Paul is wonderful. Truly the way customer service was intended to be!
We chose Gilkey for several reasons. Their salesman, Tom Bush, was a down to earth, no pressure salesman. We priced 3 window companies and Gilkey had the most reasonable price by far. We have an English Tudor style house and wanted to keep diamond grid windows on a front portion of the house. After speaking with multiple window companies, Gilkey was 1 of only 2 that could provide what we wanted. The only hang up was the delay in getting the windows. Between Covid-19 and the diamond grids there was a 90 day delay in getting the glass from the glass manufacturer at no fault of Gilkey. Their staff kept us fully informed along the way. They installed a total of 19 windows for us. Their installer, Anthony, and his crew were awesome. It took them 4 days to complete and properly install, insulate and wrap the windows. In all, it was worth the delay. Very happy with Gilkey and we would highly recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY love my new windows and sliding glass door from GILKEY Windows. We're actual looking forward to comparing old electric bills with future ones.. I'd also like to give a big shout out to Nathan and Alex whom installed our new product. Both men were friendly, kind, and polite. They even took the time to answer any questions I had. I told my neighbor, who is waiting on her install date from GILKEY, that I hope she gets these two guys. I would recommend this company along with Nathan and Alex to anyone.
I always do my due diligence before choosing a company to do anything for me. It came down to Gilkey and one other company. I chose Gilkey because I felt comfortable with their warranty and the fact they don’t use contractors to do their installs. I have only had these windows for a few days, so I can’t say how they will perform when it turns cold. I can say I believe they will be fine and they have totally transformed the look of our home. If I were selling my home, the curb appeal would definitely be a wow factor. They look great. The installer, Brian took his time and made sure everything was done right. My salesman was Tom Bush and he explained everything to us about the windows and made the purchase easy. I would recommend Gilkey to anyone wanting a quality made window.Jerry

The windows are very nice. I really have to praise the installers, Andrew and Junior. Their work was amazing. Every step was planned and precise. They really have window installation down to a perfect science. They were friendly but stayed focused on the work. They torn out 11 windows and installed new in just 7 hours and their work was perfect. I will admit, I am a “picky” customer and they exceeded my expectations. We bought windows for our whole house a few years ago and we're happy with our salesperson, the installation crew and the office staff. At the time we could not afford another patio door and later regretted not paying. Gilley quoted us slightly more a few yrs later but not as much as I thought but remembered they had done our whole house. We had to wait fir our door which we knew because of supply chain but were called within 48 hrs and set up for next day when it came in. Looks beautiful and workmanship was top notch. Would highly recommend.
The custom windows look beautiful in our home. The employees were on time completing the work within a couple of days. Steve returned a few weeks later to give me some pointers on how to tilt the windows in to clean them, it is a very easy process. Thanks Steve! and thanks to all the Gilkey employees and the manufacturers at Gilkey nice job! We are enjoying our new windows and will refer Gilkey Window company to our neighbors, family and friends if they are looking for a window company.
The install crew was great. We have a very tricky door with a transom half round window included in the framing. My new door is beautiful and they did a fantastic job. They even installed a ring doorbell for me that I purchased separately.
Tom the salesman was straightforward and very informative and wrote up exactly what we wanted. We replaced three double hung windows with plate glass windows. Brian the installer was on-time, professional and meticulous and did a great job! He went above and beyond which you sometimes need to do in a 43 year old house. The new windows have brightened up our breakfast area and we can recommend Gilkey to everyone.
Gilkey windows are excellent windows but after 20 years one of the balance mechanisms broke. Paul came out and assessed the situation, ordered the parts and fixed the issue. But what impressed me most was his professionalism, attention to detail, communication and timely manner. Very pleased with the product and service.

Our installer, Nathan, took pride and attention to detail in his work for a first class job, all work blended with existing trim. Compared to my first install experience, which was disasterous to say the least, Richard and Bryan did an outstanding job! They were very careful of maneuvering the large picture windows in place leaving minimal damage.The financing department was very flexible with me getting payment to them which was very appreciated. Really gave that small town feeling of trust and understanding.The only nit pick I have is that the screens are different from the other windows and the 2 light sliders appear to have changed style since the first batch of installs a few years ago, which is a bit distracting.

They were very professional, from the ladies at the front desk, to Sales and showroom, to the final installation team. We had our first Gilkey windows installed over ten years ago in a sun room, and were so pleased we replaced the windows through out the house. We just had some of those replaced in the sunroom that had become cloudy. They look wonderful! April and Paul had the job complete in only a couple of hours and with the lifetime replacement warranty, the materials and labor was only $100. You can't beat Gilkey for quality and service.

Hoss and Curly was the installers for Gilkey they were very professional, kind, and proficient installing our windows. They were on time and very pleasant when interacting with them. The did a wonderful job of installing our windows and cleaning up the area once they were done. Would highly recommend them.
Have great customer service. Even though we purchased our windows 5 years ago they are still there for minor maintenance.
Gilkey was excellent from the first call to the final clean up. Quote was very fair compared to other quotes we received. We were given a timeframe for installation after purchase and it was met. The product installed changed our family room. Installation was a little longer than quoted but installers had to deal with very old big windows. Clean up was good, found 3 tiny pieces of glass. I have always heard Gilley window commercials on the radio and know I can say I highly recommend them.

Tom was an amazing salesman who was helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. He wasn't pushy like some of the other companies who came to quote me and there weren't any gimmicks about "If you commit today...". When I decided I was ready to move forward with Gilkey, I was still in contact frequently with Tom and I received text messages periodically to update me on the production and arrival of the windows.The installation team was just as wonderful as Tom. They were early both days, considerate of my home, and informative about their process and of the windows they were replacing for me. I HIGHLY recommend Gilkey and that you request Tom to help you get started.
Very pleased with Gilkey windows because they were able to match the outside and inside trim color. The installation crew did a great job. They were able to install the windows without having to remove any of the interior trim which prevented damage to wallpaper and drywall.
For some reference it cost about $1200 per window. We got a typical size and medium quality for reference. Service was good. Timing took 4 months to install.
This is the second time we have uses Gilkey Windows, first for our home and now for our small business. Soon we hope to use them for door replacement. We were delighted with the beauty these windows brought to our home, as well as value. They create a bright, comfortable, quiet, and safe atmosphere. Plus they are a breeze to clean and they have have a great warranty. I had a fantastic experience with Gilkey! I previously had windows installed by a terrible local company (Meyer Windows), and Gilkey came in after them and cleaned up their mess! Gilkey's quote was very competitive, the salesperson (Chris) was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The production manager (Kevin) personally handled my concerns and both installation teams were professional as well as highly skilled at their craft. I would recommend Gilkey to anyone in the Cincinnati area!!!
Had an older bay window replaced with a custom bay window from Gilkey. Absolutely love this new window. The entire process from sales, measure, to installation was professional and clearly explained. Service guys were great and answered any questions we had as window was being installed. Gilkey had previously installed all of our other windows in our home so we knew we wanted them to do our bay window. Gilkey is an honest and trustworthy company and we highly recommend them.
The three that showed up (Charlie, Brent, and Mike Jr.) all worked together in perfect harmony. Out of all the windows we replaced, I just knew that getting those old metal windows out from the garage (house built in 1950) would be a big challenge and would likely take all day. Not this crew! They arrived as they said between 8:30 and 9:00 and were done by 2 PM--all new windows on the front of the house replaced, plus one on the back.My only regrets are: 1. I should have tipped them. After all, they did a GREAT job! 2. I wish i could have replaced ALL the windows, but...that's where we have to wait until another time. The windows not only look great but seem to keep out noise.Given our experience with the professional crew, I would HIGHLY recommend Gilkey. P.S. They even helped me put the blinds back up, which was SO appreciated, given that I'm not much of a handy man.

I reached out to Scot after an excellent recommendation from a good friend who had recently had new Gilkey windows installed. He came to my home, reviewed my current windows and patio door and provided various options that would help increase the energy efficiency in my home. I had already received proposals from two other window companies before this meeting. My final decision was based on the fact that Gilkey is a local company and they have a great warranty which proves they believe in their products. The windows and door were installed this last week and the entire process was amazingly smooth. The installers were experienced, professional and meticulous. After some initial confusion, Gilkey got our windows replaced. Paul did an excellent job of getting things straight and ensuring we got things fixed quickly. Always ready to answer questions. Notified us if any delay. Great service from Paul. We have a four season room that Gilkey installed windows in 22 years ago. ANY issues they were there on the spot and fixed the issues. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We are extremely pleased with the quality & installation of our new windows. Our salesman, Steve, took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. Our installers, Peter & Wesley, did an outstanding job, even cleaning up once they were finished. While we had to wait quite awhile for the (American made) windows, it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend them.

Gordon & Bradley did a great job and the door looks great. We were impressed with how well they did their job, and the quality of the door is excellent. It was finished and caulked with precision. Extremely professional and even called to let us know they would be about 15 minutes late due to traffic.Windows are great and helping to cut down our our energy costs and no longer hear as much outdoor noise.Use a local company that will respect you and your time. Sales team does not pressure you into sales.
I am very happy with the door, it looks great. Kelly with Gilkey provided assistance with guiding me to make the right decision. Brian, the installer, was awesome & very thorough. He took the time to do the job right!
Love our new custom sliding doors to our back porch. Looks amazing. Still waiting for our screen doors that are on back order. Nathan and Alex (our installers) were great. Cleaned up everything before they left. Nathan even washed our ceiling fan that had 2+ years of dirt. Talk about treating us like family! They went above what we expected. Thank you for making our back porch into a Happy Place!
There is a non continuous 12" scratch on the center door, very visible, at eye level. Obviously not happy with the look but mainly concerned about the integrity of the glass/seal.
The door is beautiful and was a perfect fit. Installers were friendly and thorough - very knowledgeable. They took great care to be sure it fit just right and we are very pleased with Gilkey’s customer service. Our salesman even stopped by as they were finishing up which was totally unexpected. A quality organization that we will definitely use again.
I had a sliding glass door with mini blinds installed from Gilkey a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It slides so effortlessly and the energy efficient glass along with the blinds do a great job blocking out the sun. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were very professional and nice to work with. It wasn't the cheapest quote I got but the quality is definitely top notch and I was very satisfied with the whole process. I would highly recommend Gilkey!
We were very satisfied with the service we received. The installers arrived on time. They were professional and courteous and knew what they were doing. Our doors were installed without any problem and the installers cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are very happy with our new doors.

We are so pleased with our new custom made back door. It started with our sales representative, Tom Bush. He explained everything perfectly and we designed the door to our specifications, colors & hardware. The wait time was long due to COVID and not being able to receive product supplies. Once the door arrived it was installed within a week. Nathan Kemmerer was our installation technician. He did an outstanding job of installing the new door.Everything was perfect and he removed all of the debris from the premises. Everything was left tidy and clean. He was the BEST !We are very pleased and would recommend Gilkey Windows to anyone looking for new doors.

We used Gilkey to have our rear entry door and front door replaced. Love both of them. Brings in so much more light and the rear sliding door makes it so much easier to position the kitchen table. The front door is everything we imagined. Love it! Tom Bush did a great job helping us pick it out and Steven Long was great to work with for the install.

When we decided to replace our front entry door this spring we considered a number of companies, but we had a patio slider replaced with a Gilkey slider a number of years ago and it had been an excellent experience. We have needed to have the slider adjusted twice and both times Gilkey had service professionals at our home the next day who solved the problem. So, we decided to go with Gilkey again. Tom Bush was the sales representative who came to the house to give us an estimate. He took a great deal of time to help us select our door, the side light, the color and overall design. The door was installed this past week and we are very pleased with the door, the price and the installation.
