First, I just love the look and quality of this door! It’s just better than the pictures.. beautiful door & side lights. Second, the whole experience with Gilkey was awesome.. from the salesman to the delivery & install. I feel like I need to also say more about John & Tyler, the two guys that did the install… so helpful, so kind to all my questions.. they were efficient and showed me where there was no insulation and also showed me where we had solid oak footers.. but mostly they were just so nice to talk to, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and were quite skilled. They also left the area from the install so clean (maybe even cleaner than when they started.. haha) I just can’t say enough good things about this company or the employees.. they all went above and beyond!!

Andrew installed my new front door. He was very professional and took his time to do it correctly. I did call the day after install as I noticed light coming in at the bottom right hand side of the door. I was told someone from service would call me but as of today I have not heard from anyone.
